The Club Bàdminton SanFernando València History

The club was in the old San Fernando Pavilion located in the La Fuensanta neighborhood of Valencia, from which we adopted its name for the foundation of our entity. After more than a decade using the La Petxina Sports-Cultural Complex, during the 2015/16 season we returned home to inaugurate the new Fuensanta Pavilion.

The founding act of our club dates from 1987, registering in the Register of Sports Entities of the Valencian Community (no. 1474 / section 1, according to the resolution of 01-30-1989).

We are the oldest club in the city, being the standard-bearers of badminton in Valencia for 30 years both for sporting achievements and for tradition and social mass.

At Club Badminton San Fernando Valencia we accommodate all people, regardless of age or level. That is why we are the ideal club to grow, because, by encompassing young people, adults and veterans, throughout their entire sporting life any player will find a suitable place within the structure of our club.

We currently have almost 150 members of all ages (from 8 years old to 80) and cultures (more than a dozen different nationalities). Our intention is to continue growing in all aspects, especially from the base, with the purpose of generating a broader group of children who in the future can nurture our teams.
